Role
Principal Contractor & site-wide logistics
We are principal contractor for the R3 and R4 waterfront blocks: 244 homes, part of Vastint's 1,200-home, 28-acre regeneration of Sugar House Island. The blocks fall under the High Risk Buildings category of the Building Safety Act, and Satoplast proved its competency to hold principal contractor duties. We completed the R3B precast superstructure in February 2026 and also run site-wide logistics across the development.
