Overview
On the R3 and R4 blocks at Sugar House Island, 244 homes are classed as High Risk Buildings under the Building Safety Act. Satoplast holds the principal contractor duties on that development. Few contractors our size have proven that competency, and it is the reason developers hand us the whole job rather than a package of it.
